Fees and costs of trademark registration procedure in EU and in international community
Lawyer fees for representation that are specified on the website stay unchanged in all cases and are applicable to the whole process until registration. There are no hidden or variable costs. Lawyer provision is to be payed based on the invoice provided to You after the contract has been signed.
Fees that needs to be payed to insitutions depend on the nature of trademark submission. Fee will be increased based on classification of specified goods or service to product class. However, in the case of international application, fees may differ depending on if trademark is black & white or in color. Fees for institution needs to be payed after trademark submission, based on data from received confirmation from institution. Institutions do not send invoices, their fees needs to be calculated in accounting departments as administrative and service fees.

Warning: We pay attention to You that, after submission for trademark registration, false companies with names similar to EUIPO or WIPO, or with some other name, can send you requests for paying the fee to different costs related to trademark. In any case, this presents fraud, because EUIPO does not communicate directly with You but only with me as Your legal representative. There will not be any additional costs related to trademark! - - Fees for trademark transfer of rights EU (EUIPO) 100 EUR
- - Central fee for international submission of trademark in color (WIPO) 903 CHF
- - Central fee for international submission of black&white trademark (WIPO) 653 CHF
- - Individual fee for chosen countries is 50-350 CHF depending on each country tariff
Consultations fee
- During the procedure we offer You possibility of online consultations with translator. Fee for consultations has been included in lawyer fee for trademark submission. Research of trademarks is free of charge.
